one-on-one coaching

 

One-on-one Coaching allows for individualized programming and performance optimization strategies to meet each athlete’s needs and specific imbalances.  Each Coaching session includes a 1-hour training session and homework to be completed on your own or at Forged Barbell with a Membership. There are 5-session and 10-session punch cards available.  We work with clients at all fitness levels with a wide variety of goals spanning body composition and shape, Olympic weightlifting skill development, general strength, competitive athletics, surgery & childbirth recovery, imbalance correctives, and osteoporosis. Technique clients will focus on optimizing their lifting technique through a wide range of strength training movements with real-life crossover. Clients with chronic pain, injuries, or surgery rehab will go through an intensive assessment process resulting in a map of the body that will inform the programming and homework moving forward. We specialize in eliminating pain in the low back, neck, shoulders, hips, and knees. One-on-one coaching packages include physical assessments, general nutrition and lifestyle consulting, technical instruction, and programming.
